- 2. Up to 14 Sessions. Fully Flexible.Train up to 3–4x per week in a semi-private setting with expert coaching, flexible scheduling, and capped sessions so you get attention every time.
- 3. Powered by Prime ProgrammingYour plan is built using our proprietary PRIME system so every session is structured, results-driven, and displayed on-screen with demo videos to guide you step-by-step.

Our Prime system rotates between three class types: Strength, Sweat, and Stability — each built for a specific result.

We don’t lock you into a set time. You book sessions around your real life, with open availability across the week — so you’re not missing progress just because life is unpredictable.
