Most group classes give you variety without structure — you feel exhausted, but your body never changes because there’s no plan behind the movement. At Foundations, every class you take is part of a larger system.

Our Prime system rotates Strength, Sweat, and Stability across the week with intention: Strength days use progressive overload to build muscle, Sweat days push your conditioning to burn fat, and Stability days train the muscles around your joints to keep you injury-free.

This rhythm is what creates visible progress — not just fatigue. You’ll know what you’re training, why it matters, and how each session connects to your long-term goal.

This is the biggest difference at Foundations. Our classes are capped at 12 so the coach can actually coach — not just yell encouragement over music. You’ll get corrections when your form is off, guidance when you’re unsure, and progressive goals that build week after week. You’re not just doing burpees in a crowd — you’re training with a coach who knows your name, your injury history, and what weight you lifted last week. You’ll feel seen, supported, and pushed — without being overwhelmed.

In most group gyms, they skip the stuff that protects your joints — and that’s why people break down. We do the opposite. Our Stability sessions are built specifically to train the muscles most people overlook: the small stabilizers in your hips, shoulders, core, and feet. These are the muscles that protect you when you’re lifting heavy or moving fast. You’ll also learn how to brace, move through full ranges, and control your body under fatigue — so you don’t just avoid injury, you build bulletproof movement for the long run.

Our 3-class rhythm (Strength, Sweat, Stability) means that even in 3 visits, you’ll hit every pillar your body needs: resistance to build muscle, conditioning to burn fat, and control to prevent breakdown. You’re not guessing which class to take — it’s already structured for you. So even if life is busy, your training still moves you forward, without needing to live in the gym.
